Lieto Ice Cream is a small business based in Malaysia, primary selling handmade gelato with a twist of local taste. Before Lieto was able to gain the stability of the current market, we decided to approached and helped Lieto to reach greater height. With a solid rebranding to make the branding itself more memorable, and bring out the slogan of " Taste of Happiness" with every sip.

The primary challenge was to capture the strategic behind how we can attract unique customers. Trusting the process and the legitimate of Lieto itself. With Lieto rebranding, every step, we try to bring in something that could strike out the old challenges that Lieto facing, which were, brand credibility, legitimacy, and an edge that help improve Lieto business growth.
Aside from branding, Lieto also had a weak consistency when it comes to social media. Less follower, less outreach, less impact. Everything implies a foundation groundworks are needed.
